Controls services for Phase 1 of the Bridgestone Off-Road Radial Industrial
Tire Plant in Aiken, SC which is a 1.5 million square feet industrial plant.
Assigned to establish project controls procedures and standards, rework and
resource load the master schedule, incorporate accumulated change orders,
perform impact analyses, achieve an Owner accepted GMP schedule and ensure
alignment with GMP scope, assumptions, and cost breakdown. Æ Achieved the First (1st) Owner accepted GMP Master Schedule (project
10 months old without successful schedule acceptance at time of hire).
Included resource loading, owner furnished equipment installations, and 70+
change orders, along with a substantial acceleration schedule approved by the
Owner. The schedule was multiple shift and operating 5, 6 & 7 day
work-week calendars.
Assigned to a Campus Expansion Project Portfolio of 5 projects within
the US and South America establishing procedures and developing Cost
Controls, Document Controls with Prolog / SharePoint, Scheduling and Earned
Value with P6, Claim Prevention, and Risk Assessment / Mitigation.
Responsible for development and acceptance of ESAR and CSRA regarding the
Project Controls sections of the PEP and the Cost-Loaded Schedule. Æ Developed and Reviewed Project Execution Plans (PEP), Estimate
Schedule Assurance Reviews (ESAR), and Cost Schedule Risk Assessments (CSRA)
for Capital Expenditure Projects. Achieved acceptance of all submitted plans

Worked with APSI Construction Management to provide full-time
resource-loaded schedule and associated cost management services for their
contract as owner’s representative for Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA)
program consisting of 37 projects. Partook in the procurement, demolition,
and relocation of more than 300 properties. Pivotal in coordinating, getting
data from, and developing a master schedule for all of the TRVA partners
which include Tarrant Regional Water District, Army Corp of Engineers, City
